What this role is
Cortado generates an extraordinary amount of content: whitepapers, podcasts, LinkedIn posts, Substacks, dev articles, frameworks, tools, quizzes. Historically the bottleneck has been humans turning long-form work into everything else it should become. That bottleneck is a tooling problem, and you are the person solving it with AI.
You run the content engine that turns one partner-authored whitepaper into a week's worth of channel-ready material, and you run the digital surface area that makes sure the right people find it.
What you will actually do
- Run the website, SEO, and AIO footprint. Make our work findable by humans and by the AI systems humans increasingly ask first.
- Take partner-authored long-form content and reshape it across LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube, podcast clips, and whatever platform comes next, using AI for the heavy lifting.
- Own the content operations layer: schedule, publish, measure, iterate.
- Support paid digital where it makes sense.
- Build the repeatable motions. If you are repurposing one whitepaper by hand, you are doing it wrong.
Who we are looking for
- You are comfortable being uncomfortable. You want your work to be visible and measured, not hidden in a marketing team of fifty.
- You have a portfolio. Posts, articles, sites, side projects, zines, whatever. We want to see your taste and your point of view.
- You are fluent with modern AI tooling across text, image, audio, and video. You already have opinions about which tools do what well.
- You write cleanly. Short sentences. Specific verbs. A perspective.
- You are comfortable being measured and you want to be.
- Zero to three years of experience. Recent grads welcome.
