RevOps Associate

What this role is

Revenue Operations is roughly half of everything Cortado ships. HubSpot, Salesforce, data hygiene, workflow builds, reporting, the plumbing that makes revenue actually work. Historically this has been hands-on-keyboard work. At Cortado, it is increasingly hands-on-AI work, and you are the person doing it.

We have playbooks. We have frameworks. Our senior operators bring decades of judgment to how we approach RevOps, and that judgment is already encoded into how we work. Your job is to wield all of it, at AI speed, on real client engagements where the decisions you are supporting move millions.

What you will actually do

  • Execute CRM configuration, workflow builds, and integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, and the rest of the modern revenue stack.
  • Run data hygiene, enrichment, and lifecycle mapping using AI to do in hours what used to take days.
  • Build the dashboards and reports that answer the questions our clients actually have, not the ones the template says they have.
  • Turn Cortado's RevOps playbooks into AI-driven scripts and agents, so the next engagement runs faster than the last.
  • Contribute back to the Cortado stack. What you build for one client becomes leverage for every client after.

Who we are looking for

  • You are comfortable being uncomfortable. You are going to be in front of senior clients faster than you expect, and that prospect excites you rather than scares you.
  • You have at least touched a modern CRM. You do not need to be certified. You need to be curious and competent.
  • You are comfortable in spreadsheets and SQL. You are not intimidated by APIs.
  • You use AI as a peer, not a gimmick. You already know which model you reach for and why.
  • You want to operate inside an AI-fueled consultancy, not sit in a RevOps seat at a BigCo.
  • Zero to three years of experience. This is a build-your-career role.

How to use AI to collapse delivery timelines from days to hours. Our alumni have used this starting point to move into running revenue operations at companies of their own.
